Authorized IB PYP school

Genius School is an authorized school for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IB PYP) that strives to address the need and challenges of the 21st century’s complex world. Aligning with the philosophy of IB PYP, Genius School is determined to encourage greater international-mindedness by instilling wide knowledge, skills, and values that will enable children to take action for humanity and peace.

Genius IB World School is a dynamic educational institute established in the year 2014 aiming to provide high-quality education for the holistic development of children. The school has been led and managed by avid professionals ever since its inception. Genius is a community of educators who work relentlessly to create opportunities and environments for children to truly understand their potential, hone qualities, and find their true aspirations.

Our teachers are well equipped to create opportunities for children to acquire and hone skills that help them become better learner and prepare for the real world experience outside the classroom. Underpinning the IB philosophy, we ensure that children learn ‘how to learn’ and get geared up with the necessary skills to thrive and succeed in the unseen tomorrow.

Learning activities at Genius are designed to allow children to thoroughly investigate, examine, reflect upon and construct their own meaning. Flexible learning timetables are set so that children get ample time to work on subject at hand using various methods and develop lasting conceptual understanding. In another word, children at Genius not only learn facts but also use them as ladder to get a bigger picture and better understanding of the world around them.

We truly value education as a journey of self exploration more than a destination. What children learn in the process of learning is instrumental in developing reasoning, questioning and thinking minds that can solve the real world problems of today and tomorrow. Our teachers involve learners in discussion, experimentation, debate, sharing, questioning, hypothesizing etc. to help them create knowledge that children themselves can understand and have a sense of ownership of.
